Summary
This Code of Practice explains how disabled people are protected from discrimination if they are in employment, if they are seeking employment, or if they are involved in a range of occupations. It is one of two Codes of Practice which have been prepared and issued by the Disability Rights Commission to give practical guidance on the operation of Part 2 of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995. The other such Code relates to discrimination by trade organisations and qualifications bodies.
