Summary
The Disability Rights Commission wrote and produced this Code of Practice on the provision and use of transport vehicles. The duties outlined in this Code are introduced under Part 3 of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995, as amended by the Disability Discrimination Act 2005, and its supporting Regulations. These new duties came into force in December 2006.
