Summary
This statutory code of practice replaces the statutory codes of practice in rented and non-rented housing, issued by the Commission for Racial Equality (CRE) in 1991 and 1992, respectively. It covers all areas of housing in England. Separate codes have been produced for Wales and Scotland.
