One Year, Ten Stories celebrates the Commission's first anniversary. We hope to give you a flavour of what we do by highlighting the stories of 10 unique people whose lives have somehow been touched by the Commission.
Some of the stories are inspirational, some funny, some just plain fascinating. Whether it’s the single mother wanting a fair deal for herself and her disabled child; the sports club bringing young footballers together, whatever their background; the father looking at how to make work more flexible or the organisation fighting for the rights of those who suffer domestic violence – we hope that One Year, Ten Stories gives an insight into what we believe the Commission is here to achieve. Real change for real people.
